1. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Get Right PC
Get Right PC deals exclusively in brand-new, factory-sealed products sourced directly from authorized distributors. All products carry manufacturer warranty and are quality-checked before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to all terms mentioned below.
Mandatory Unboxing / Opening Video
To raise any claim related to delivery, the following is strictly mandatory:
• A single, continuous unboxing video
• Video must start before opening the outer package
• Must clearly show:
– Shipping label
– Seals intact
– Product box
– Serial numbers (where applicable)
– Accessories
No opening video = No claim accepted (no exception).
Return Policy
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following case:
Wrong product delivered (model / variant mismatch)
Returns are NOT accepted in any other case, including but not limited to:
• Product not required
• Change of mind
• Incompatibility with customer’s system
• Performance expectations
• Buyer error
• Seal opened intentionally
• Physical damage after delivery
• Software issues
• Burn marks, scratches, bent pins, liquid damage
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including software, licenses, activation keys, customized products, clearance sale items, or products damaged due to misuse. Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories will also not be accepted.
Seal & Usage Condition
• All products are factory-sealed
• If the seal is opened, tampered, or damaged, no return or refund will be provided
• Once opened, the product is considered accepted by the buyer
Dead / Defective / Not Working Products
Get Right PC does not provide returns or replacements for:
• Dead on Arrival (DOA)
• Defective units
• Not working products
Such cases are strictly handled under manufacturer warranty
Customer must contact the authorized service center directly
This policy exists because:
• Products are sealed
• We do not refurbish, repair, or resell returned electronics
• Manufacturer warranty is the correct and legally valid route
Reporting Timeline
Claims must be reported within:
• 24 hours of delivery for individual components
• 48 hours of delivery for complete PC builds
Late claims will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Return Rejection Conditions
Any return request will be immediately rejected if:
• Unboxing video is missing or edited
• Seal is broken
• Serial numbers do not match
• Original box or accessories are missing
• Product shows signs of usage
• Packaging is damaged due to improper handling
• Tape or glue applied directly on product box
Cancellation Policy
Buyer-Initiated Cancellation:
• Before shipping: 2% convenience fee
• After shipping: 5% cancellation charge
• Modification after shipping: 3% charge
• No charge for modification before shipping
Seller-Initiated Cancellation:
• 100% refund, no deductions
Refund Processing
• Refunds are processed only after inspection approval
Refund method:
• Online payment → same payment source
• COD / Bank transfer → buyer’s bank account
Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval
Bajaj EMI orders:
• 5% deduction if cancellation is buyer-initiated
Fraud Prevention & Final Authority
Get Right PC reserves the sole right to approve or reject any claim.
Any attempt of:
• Part swapping
• Serial mismatch
• Fake damage claims
• Chargeback misuse
will result in permanent blacklisting and legal action if required.
Final Note
By placing an order with Get Right PC, the customer acknowledges:
• Understanding of sealed product nature
• Acceptance of manufacturer-warranty-only defect handling
• Agreement to no-return policy except wrong product delivery
This policy is final and binding.
Customers can request a return or replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The request must be raised within 3 to 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused and in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
