Customers can request a return or replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The request must be raised within 3 to 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused and in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including software, licenses, activation keys, customized products, clearance sale items, or products damaged due to misuse. Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories will also not be accepted.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. In case of damage or defects, replacement may be offered first, subject to availability. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Most IT products sold by Get Right PC come with a manufacturer warranty. After the return window, customers should contact the authorized brand service center for warranty-related issues. Get Right PC does not provide direct warranty repairs unless stated otherwise.
