Orders are dispatched within 15 working days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery timeline confirmed at the time of order.
PAN INFOTECH is responsible only for handing over the shipment to the courier/postal service within the committed time. Delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities are beyond our control.
Orders are delivered only to the registered billing address provided at the time of payment, unless mentioned otherwise during order confirmation.

Shipping Charges Calculation

When multiple products from the same category are ordered together, the system combines their weight and applies one single delivery charge.
This helps reduce shipping costs compared to placing separate orders.
The shipping cost is automatically added to the product price during checkout.
