• Shipping Method: Orders are sent via registered courier services or Speed Post.

• Responsibility: Our responsibility ends once the shipment is handed over to the courier/postal service. Delivery delays by them are beyond our control.

• Delivery Address: Orders are delivered to the registered billing address unless another address is confirmed.

• Transit Damage: We pack products carefully but are not liable for damage during transit.
